Athletic Field Crew is led by three owners who have spent years working on the fields they now renovate, maintain and build.

Three Owners, One Standard

Athletic Field Crew is an athletic field contractor based in West Alexandria, Ohio, led by Rodney Creech, Nick Lamb and Brent Ballinger. Each brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in turf management, athletic field maintenance, field construction and restoration, and each has a strong understanding of turf health, soil management, field preparation and what it takes to keep a playing surface safe and high quality.

Rodney and Brent have been building and maintaining athletic fields together since 2011. Nick joined them in 2022 from an excavating company, adding site work and grading depth to the crew. Together they combine that knowledge to give customers dependable, professional, detail-oriented service, and the owner who quotes your field is the one who is on it when the work gets done.

Who We Work With

Our customers are the people responsible for fields: athletic directors and coaches at schools, parks and recreation departments, municipalities, youth and adult leagues and the facility and maintenance staff who look after them day to day. We keep communication clear, keep a clean and professional work site and treat every diamond, from a park district practice field to a varsity diamond, as a field that matters to the people who play on it.
